TRACK 1: Bridal Veil Falls is a guided meditation; the narration and music blend together and create a deeply restorative experience for the listener.
This meditation was inspired by the magnificent landscapes on Manitoulin Island, Ontario, Canada.
TRACK 2: Inspiration for this track happened while standing on the shores of Lake Huron, in an area known as Ipperwash, Ontario, Canada. During this meditation the listener is guided through body scans and images of nature, with the goal of enhancing physical, mental, emotional and spiritual alignment.
